Allen Park single dad guilty of killing his two toddlers

A Wayne County judge today declared an Allen Park man guilty of drowning and scalding his two young children. Steven Nicholson, 27, had waived his right to a jury trial. While the defendant shook his head in disagreement, the judge said she is convinced Nicholson held his son's face underwater to stop his crying, and after realizing the act killed the child, he purposefully killed his daughter to establish an alibi.
