Defense attorney wants DNA evidence excluded from carjack slaying trial

Mount Clemens -- An attorney for one of the defendants in the abduction and murder of a Chesterfield Township man said today he will seek to exclude newly found DNA evidence that linked a bullet fragment to the victim.
