Rep. Schauer: Enbridge hired undocumented workers to clean oil spill

Congressman Mark Schauer, D-Battle Creek, called for a federal investigation today into whether undocumented workers were hired to clean up the oil spill near Battle Creek, passing over qualified Michigan workers.
