Porsche profit jumps on higher sales of revamped Cayenne

Porsche SE's automotive division reported a first-quarter profit gain after a revamp of the Cayenne boosted demand for the SUV. Earnings "more than doubled" to $728 million during the latest period, the Stuttgart, Germany-based company said.
